DAMAC Digital has announced plans for an $860 million, best-in-class data center within Logistics Park Kansas City, a master plan distribution and warehouse development located in Edgerton, Kansas, about 30 minutes southwest of Kansas City. The project will convert an existing 400,000-square-foot warehouse into a data center engineered for artificial intelligence, cloud, and enterprise workloads. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2026, with operations commencing in 2027.
